The creation
Genesis 1:27 God created man in his own image. In God's image he created him; male and female he created them.
Genesis 1:31 God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.
God created man in His image. Adam and Eve lived in paradise, in a world without death and evil things. They walked with God.
The Fall
Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtle than any animal of the field which Yahweh God had made. He said to the woman, “Has God really said, ‘You shall not eat of any tree of the garden’?”
Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit. With that, everything changed:
- Sin came into the world. Death made its entry.
- Man lost his relationship with God.
- Jealousy, murder, lies, addiction, sickness, sorrow came into the world.
Romans 3:23 for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

God gives the Law

Jesus Christ came to the earth
John 1:18 No one has seen God at any time. The one and only Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him.
Jesus is the Son of God. He became man. He is kind, humble, full of compassion. He heals the sick, sets people free from evil spirits and forgives sins.
John 5:24 Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and doesn't come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

Jesus heals and sets free
Matthew 9:22 But Jesus, turning around and seeing her, said, “Daughter, cheer up! Your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.
Mark 6:56 and as many as touched him were made well.
Mark 16:17-18 These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.

Jesus died on the cross
Jesus lived a perfect life. He kept God's Law 100%. Voluntarily He gave His life to bear the punishment for our sins.
Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
2 Corinthians 5:21 For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

The resurrection

Two families
1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.

Being born again

Salvation by grace
Ephesians 2:8-9 for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
Romans 10:9 that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
