We want to fully submit to God’s Word. Take for example the following passages:

John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God’s children, to those who believe in his name;
Romans 3:23 for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;
Titus 3:4,5 But when the kindness of God our Saviour and his love toward mankind appeared, not by works of righteousness which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.
1 Thessalonians 1:4 We know, beloved brothers, that you are chosen by God.
Mark 16:17 These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages;
Hebrews 12:29 for our God is a consuming fire.
1 John 2:20 But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all have knowledge.
Acts 8:37 Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” He answered, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”

Start of the Day

Baptism by Immersion

Colossians 2:12
You were buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.

Being born again involves faith, repentance, baptism and being filled with the Holy Spirit. We are then buried with Him through baptism into death, so that we may also walk in newness of life.
