1. Seekers & young disciples

Since June 2025 we gather every two weeks. We eat together, read from God's Word and discuss it together. Baptisms also take place at times.

Practical

• When: Every 2 weeks on Saturday evening
• Time: 18:00 — 22:00
• 18:00-18:30: Eating together
• 18:30+: Bible study through the gospel of Mark, verse by verse
• Location: varying — The Little Ark, Patrimonium or Gospel Cafetaria (Dordrecht, NL)

Why the gospel of Mark?

Matthew 28:19 Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things which I commanded you.

We work through the entire book of Mark verse by verse:

• All subjects come up: Faith, Son of God, Gospel, Baptism, Holy Spirit, Fasting
• Mark is simple yet full of depth
• Plenty of room for conversation
• You can join in later without any problem
• God's Word is living and active!

2. Churchgoers without assurance of faith

I know various people in my surroundings who grew up in traditional churches and do not know whether they are going to heaven. Some have not repented, do not pray, do not read God's Word.

Others are very involved, pray and read a lot. But they experience confusion about being born again, repentance and baptism. They do not know whether they have received Christ by faith.

It is important to repent of your own ideas and to let yourself be guided by God's Word alone:

1 John 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

God wants you to have assurance! You can know that you have eternal life. Not based on your feelings or your church tradition, but on God's Word and His promises.

Romans 8:16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God.

Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labour and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.
